Team (backups, SANs), and the Data Center / Operations Team, which ran 24x7x365. I had 18
employees/contractors in the Systems Services department.
- Responsible for all support of systems at the Englewood CO, Aurora CO, and Lima OH locations (100 Microsoft
servers, 40 UNIX/Linux servers, two EMC SANs, IBM backup systems and LTO tape library). I also interacted
with corporate counterparts in Houston TX, Decatur IL, and London England to keep our systems communicating

- Managed a team of 14 Systems Administrators responsible for infrastructure design, configuration,

servers / 3000+ workstations).
- Built up the SysAdmin team from 6 people to 14 by hiring the additional employees and developing a training
program. Also took the team from an 8/5 operation to a 24/5 operation by implementing a 2nd and 3rd shift.
- Configured, implemented and maintained high availability/fail-over/replication solutions for an IIS web
farm and a centralized corporate applications server.

WAN connections to various customer locations using frame-relay and T1 connections, all of which I was
responsible for managing and maintaining.
